What can I do if my email provider is blocking your emails, or putting them in the spam folder?
 
Find your provider below and follow the instructions to ensure delivery
 
    Yahoo! Mail:
Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
Click Mail Options.
Click Filters. Click Add Filter.In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address:
info@sendmemydeals1.com
At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
Click the Add Filter button again.

If the e-mail has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the
"This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

    SBCGlobal:
Open your SBCGlobal mailbox.
Click Mail Options.
Click Filters.
Click Add Filter.In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address:
info@sendmemydeals1.com  At the bottom, where it says
"Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
Click the Add Filter button again.

    Hotmail or MSN:
Open your Hotmail mailbox.
Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Junk E-Mail Protection link, then Safe List.
Type: or info@sendmemydeals1.com in your Safe List.
If you see an email in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having e-mail from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.

    AOL:
Open your AOL mailbox.
Go to keyword: Spam Controls.

    Version 9.0:
Open the latest e-mail.
Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to: info@sendmemydeals1.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
To do this: Open the latest e-mail.
Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
Replace the address in the Send To box with: info@sendmemydeals1.com Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list.
 
Will you sell my email address or phone number?

Will I be charged anything for this service?

"Send me my deals" will not charge you anything to utilize this service. However, you may be subject to charges imposed by your phone carrier. Payment of those charges are your responsibility and not the responsibility of "Send me my deals".


Are the deals on "the Best Deals in Town" page current?

We do our best to make sure these deals are up to date. All businesses have the right to end a deal at any time. You should verify before purchase that the deal is still current. "Send me my deals" is not in any way responsible for a deal that has ended. If you are aware that something has changed, please email us so that we can update our site.

Are you going to send spam to my cell-phone?

We won't send unsolicited messages to your phone. We only send you the deals that you request in your profile. You determine how often you receive a deal alert and at what time of the day you want it. They are your deals you tell us how many and when you want them delivered. You can opt out or unsubscribe at anytime with no questions asked.

Is there anything to download?

No. SendMeMyDeals.com service uses simple text messages or email.

How can I turn my deal alert on or off?

That is simple. Just log back into your profile page and tell us "Please do not send me any deals", or send an email to customerservice@sendmemydeals.com and in the subject line put "Please STOP sending me deals".

Can I forward deal information to my friends and family?

Yes. Just find forward on the menu, and use your phone address book to send the deal information to your friends and family, so they can enjoy the great deals from Send Me My Deals. We encourage you to tell your friends and family how easy it is to set up their own account at SendMeMyDeals.com.

Are there laws against advertising on cell phones?

While it is true there are strict laws against spamming to your cell phone, when you sign up for Send Me My Deals you are asking us to forward valuable deal information to you. You are requesting information from us, which we will deliver to you for free.
